Kanakadhara Ventures Private Limited came into existence in September 2005. The registered office of the company is located at 8-3-1114/1, Keshav Nagar, Srinagar Colony, Hyderabad - 500 073. The company is in the activity of constructing Residential Houses, Commercial Complexes and construction of all types of Non Residential Buildings, Headquarters, Offices, Super Specialty Hospitals, Medical/Dental Colleges etc.
Mr. P. Venkateswara Rao is the chief promoter. He is the Chairman & Managing director of the company. He is a Post Graduate by qualification and a highly resourceful and dynamic person. He has a rich experience of about 20 years. He is strongly committed and challenging with excellent outspoken at his works. He is a key strategist in developing the organizations efficiently and effectively to scale them horizontally and vertically.
His career highlights are as follows -
He joined with prestigious Warner Hindustan LTD in 1983 at Senior Management level. He worked & succeeded at various levels of top management for 7 Years.
In 1990, he started his association with Colgate Palmolive India Ltd, at various levels in Senior management . With his sincere, hard work, he became The General Manager for Purchase & Commercial Division. He brought many innovative changes in the factory and in production & manufacturing areas. As a result, he succeeded with great outcome and reputation. His works and achievements created a Mile Stone to many factories across the Globe.
He is passionate in creating new things which sets example for others.
In 2005 he joined as a Partner in Bhavya Group of companies
